KNS's office as well as meeting and harbour facilities are located at Huk Ave. 1, at Dronningen in Oslo.
The yacht harbour accommodates some 500 yachts, and has lifting facilities up to 10 tons. The junior department is located
at Ulabrand at the west coast of Bygdøy, where you find facilities for Optimist, Europe, Laser, Sailboards and meetings for
the younger members.
Meeting facilities: KNS has meeting facilities at Huk aveny 1, with library, slides, overhead and video eqipment. The largest
room accomodates 60 people. RNYC's board and committees are elected by the members at the annual general meeting in December.
RNYC is the leading yacht club in Norway with more than 4 000 members.
KNS is here operating a large marina and a club house with restaurant. The club has also an extensive training school for
junior sailors in Oslo. Annually, in early June, KNS is organising the Færder Regatta. With nearly 1 200 participating yachts
it is may be the largest over night race in the world. Here you will see all types of modern cruisers
together with a fleet of classic yachts. Regular races for all type of yachts are organised during the summer time, both in
Oslo and at Hankø. A national or international championship is almost every year organised by KNS. The Færder Regatta is held
the second weekend of June every year.
